What do I do if money gets debited but the transaction fails?

If such a scenario arises, we would request you to wait for 3-4 hours, as sometimes there might be minor delays due to network connectivity or service-related issues on the UPI payment apps or our partner banks. However, if you still don’t see the amount reflecting after 3-4 hours, kindly reach out to us by contacting Hubble Support, and we will get it resolved for you. Please note that if the payment fails, the amount will be refunded to your source account within 2-3 business days.
