Gifts cards once issued aren't extendable in terms of their validity. Please ensure you use the card within the validity period of the card. Gift cards, once issued, can't be cancelled or refunded. No replacement or cashback would be considered against the gift cards.

Your gift cards are stored on your Hubble account so it is unlikely that you will lose your gift card. In case you accidentally delete the Hubble app or switches phones, you can redownload the app and sign-in using the same phone number to retrieve your gift card details.
