- This is a Tattva Spa Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and will be accepted on the website at https://tattvaspa.com/
- This EGV cannot be used in offline
- This is a one-time use card and any unused balance will lapse
- Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance
- The person with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
- Comes with 6 months validity but please check expiry after generating the card as there could be some variation in expiry/validity
- The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with ongoing deals and discounts.
- Once the GV is converted into e-Pay, it can be used as per the convenience of the holder.
- The Tattva Spa e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
- GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it has expired and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Tattva Spa/Reseller is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.
- GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Tattva Spa makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons may refuse to accept the same.
- Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the GV/GC has been received, the decision of the company shall be final.
