How to redeem your Sterling Holiday Resorts gift card
Visit https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings
Book a holiday or eligible package.
At the payment stage, select Gift Card as the payment option.
Enter the Gift Card number and PIN.
If the booking value is higher than the Gift Card value, pay the balance amount online using another accepted payment method.
Terms and conditions
Comes with 1 year validity and can be used only at participating Sterling Resorts in India against specific services
The E-gift card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s)
Multiple transactions can be performed on E-gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.
The card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating Resorts, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, sightseeing charges etc.
The E-gift card cannot be used as a deposit or to settle stays booked through Corporate rates, Group rates, Any discounted or contracted room rates or Travel Agents/Intermediaries
Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded
