How to redeem your
Pronto gift card
Open the Gyftr Epay App, add the voucher, tap redeem epay, enter the amount and confirm.
Your unique custom E-Pay code will be generated.
Open the pronto app and go to the profile.
Go to pronto money and select claim a gift card
Terms and conditions
- Comes with a validity of 6 months and will be accepted on the Pronto App (Android/iOS).
- Multiple Gift cards can be used in one bill/transaction.
- The Gift card cannot be clubbed with the existing offers.
- Partial activation is not allowed. This Gift card can be activated only once & is not reloadable/ cannot be revalidated.
- In case the value of the product/items exceeds the value of GV/e-Pay, the difference shall be paid by the customer.
- Once the Gift card gets added to the e-Pay balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted or expires. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given.
- The Gift card can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
- The Gift card balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
- The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
- After conversion into e-Pay balance, this Gift card is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
- Pronto/Hubble reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/e-Pay at any time without any notice or liability.
- No refunds and no returns on Gift cards, E-Gift cards and E-Gift vouchers.
