Online: On the Cart page you will find two options 1- Coupon 2- Gift Certificate
Online: Choose the Gift Certificate option and Enter your 14-digit Card Number in the field given and click on apply button.
Online: You will get Gift Certificate applied option.
Online: The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
Online: Pay any balance amount using available payment modes.
Offline: Visit a FirstCry store.
Offline: Inform the cashier about your Gift Card.
Offline: Share the Gift Card code.
Offline: The cashier will redeem the Gift Card through the store billing system.
Terms and conditions
The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on FirstCry.com.
Customers must open a free account at FirstCry.com to redeem their E-Gift Card.
Every E-Gift Card has a unique code. To redeem it, enter this code in your shopping cart.
Both an E-Gift Card and a credit card may be used to pay for your order. The gift card will be charged first, and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
If an order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount will be refunded back to the original Gift Card.
The value of a single E-Gift Card can be redeemed over multiple purchases.
Multiple Gift Cards cannot be applied to a single order.
Unused E-Gift Card value may not be redeemed for cash.
The Gift Card will be mapped to your FirstCry account after your first transaction. Any remaining value can be redeemed through the same account.
E-Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.
E-Gift Cards must be redeemed within 1 year from the date of purchase.
E-Gift Cards may only be redeemed for orders shipped within India.
E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Cheque or Cash on Delivery methods.
This E-Gift Card cannot be clubbed with other offers
Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded
