How to redeem your
Apollo gift card
Online: Visit the Apollo 24|7 Website or open the mobile app
Online: Browse and add the required medicines or healthcare products to your cart (except FMCG products)
Online: Proceed to checkout
Online: Go to “all coupons and vouchers” section and click on the Gift Voucher, enter your voucher code. If your voucher also has the PIN, please enter that as well
Online: Click Use Voucher to use the voucher
Online: Complete the payment. If the voucher covers the full amount, no additional payment is needed. If not, pay the remaining balance via available payment options
Offline: Visit any Apollo Pharmacy store. To locate the nearest store please visit https://www.apollo247.com/landing-page/apollopharmacy-stores.html
Offline: Select your desired medicines
Offline: Share your voucher code with the cashier at the time of billing
Offline: Share the billing code “10159” by the name of “Apollo voucher” with the pharmacy staff
Offline: The voucher amount will be deducted from the bill value
Offline: Pay any remaining balance, if applicable

- The Pharma Voucher can be redeemed at both online and offline Apollo Pharmacy stores, including:
- Offline: Select Apollo Pharmacy outlets (Apollo-affiliated stores)
- Online: Apollo 24|7 platform via the mobile app or website
- This voucher:
- is valid for one-time use only.
- Is Non-transferable and non-refundable.
- is not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), cashback, or Apollo Health Credits.
- is not applicable on FMCG products, lab tests, consultations, or insurance plans.
- cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, corporate credits
- Partial redemption is not allowed. If the bill is lower than the voucher amount, the balance will be forfeited. If the order value is less than the voucher value, the balance will be forfeited.eg If the voucher is of Rs 1000 denomination and in the transaction only 800 were spent, you will not be able to use Rs 200
- Valid for purchase of:
- Prescription and over-the-counter medicines
- Apollo Private Label items
- Other healthcare products available on Apollo platforms
- Please note that Eligibility is subject to Apollo’s product catalog and may change without prior notice.
- Unused vouchers will lapse after the expiry date. No reissuance, refund, or cashback will be provided.
- Cashback and Apollo Health Credits are not applicable on purchases where this voucher is applied.
