Uni is a fintech disruptor reimagining credit card experiences for a new generation of users. With features like flexible repayment and intuitive spend tracking, Uni has built a loyal, design-conscious user base across India. Engagement, rewards, and user satisfaction are core to its strategy.
To boost cardholder engagement and incentivize high-intent transactions, Uni launched a series of loyalty campaigns that reward users based on spend milestones, usage frequency, and seasonal activity. Rather than build a rewards engine from scratch, Uni integrated Hubble’s Rewards API to issue branded gift cards instantly.
Since going live, weekly transaction volumes have grown nearly 50X, with over ₹51.5 Lac. in gift card rewards issued in a single week, up from ₹1.7 Lac. just 2 Quarters earlier, highlighting strong user engagement and scalable campaign performance.
Hubble’s API gave Uni the flexibility to design and execute campaigns quickly, while handling catalog access, delivery, fulfillment, and tracking. This separation of logic and fulfillment lets Uni retain complete control over user rules while eliminating operational complexity.
