The Merchant and Axis Bank reserve the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
The Merchant & Axis Bank reserves the right to modify / alter the offer or all or any of the terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Axis Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Axis Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by The Merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Cardholder with The Merchant directly without any reference to Axis Bank. Additional discount offered by the Bank is solely for promoting usage of Axis Bank Debit and Credit card.
Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and Axis Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.
Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of The Merchant or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.

The terms and conditions governing the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card / Debit Card issued by Axis Bank

Terms and Conditions of Credence Rewards

This 'User Agreement', which is intended to be a legally binding contract between you and us, contains the following:

Terms of Sale: this governs your purchase/redemption and use of the Gift Cards;
Website Terms of Use: this governs the access and use of the Website; and
Privacy Policy: this governs the use of your personal information we collect.
Credence Voucher: The Credence voucher can be used only one time. Multiple usages of Credence Voucher are not allowed.

You agree that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts, have read, understood and are bound by the User Agreement. If you do not want to be bound by this User Agreement, you should not use this Website or conduct any sale/purchase transaction.

References to "you", "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Functionalities offered through the Website, "Service Providers" mean independent third party service providers or merchants, and "we", "us", "Credence Rewards™" and "our" shall mean Credence Rewards™.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

I. TERMS OF SALE

The Gift Card you purchase/redeem is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services or the Service Provider. The Service Provider, not Credence Rewards™, is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any Gift Card you purchase.
The Gift Card shall have the necessary redemption instructions on it. The Gift Card may have an offer period or expiry date mentioned on it. You shall use it accordingly.
Unless otherwise stated, you will not be entitled to receive credit or cash-back for whatever value of the Gift Card you don't use.
Unless otherwise stated, you cannot combine the Gift Card offer with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
Unless there is something wrong with the purchase or an error attributable to us, we do not offer refunds. Gift Card once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
Neither Credence Rewards™ nor the Service Provider shall have any liability in the event you lose your Gift Card at the Service Provider venue.
Credence Rewards™ is merely the aggregator of deals and issuer of usable Gift Card. The Gift Card and the deals are the property of the respective third-party Service Provider.
As such, Credence Rewards™ shall not be responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in parts.
Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Credence Rewards™ 's entire liability to you shall be the refund of the money charged from you for any specific Gift Card, under which the unlikely liability arises. Under no circumstance shall Credence Rewards™ be liable for any consequential, indirect or remote loss that you or your friends and family may suffer.

Neither shall Credence Rewards™ be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Website or related Functionalities, the provision of or failure to provide Functionalities, or for any information, software, products, Functionalities and related graphics obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Further, Credence Rewards™ shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Website during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the website that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond Credence Rewards™' control. 'Personal Information' is information that enables anyone to contact you. Your full name, address, IP address, e-mail address are other examples of Personal Information.

You may need to provide Credence Rewards™ your Personal Information during the course of using some services of the Credence Rewards™;to receive voucher details.

Credence Rewards™ DOES NOT trade or sell your Personal Information in any manner, except as is provided under Section III (B) below, or if express consent is sought from you.

B. Shared Personal Information

You are required to submit your personal information at the time of redeeming voucher on Credence Rewards™ website. Credence Rewards™ uses an online gateway that is operated by a third party and the personal information that you share with Credence Rewards™ is transferred and shared with such third party payment gateway operator. The said operator may also have access to your online purchase history/details that you make from www.credencerewards.com.

Credence Rewards™ at its discretion may also use external vendors and providers, to ship out the orders for gift cards and gift vouchers received on www.credencerewards.com.Credence Rewards™ may share your personal information like Name, Address, Phone number, etc to these service providers solely for the purpose of shipping out the user order.

C. General

Credence Rewards™ will use information only in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected unless we have received explicit authorization

IV. Credence Voucher

The Credence voucher can be used only one time. Multiple usages of Credence Voucher are not allowed.

FlipKart.com Gift Card

Flipkart.in e-Gift Vouchers (EGV) are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions. Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards/Vouchers.
The e-Gift Vouchers (EGV) can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.flipkart.com only.
EGVs can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as e-Gift Voucher. They can NOT be used to purchase Flipkart First subscriptions.
EGVs cannot be used to purchase other EGVs.
If the order value exceeds the EGV amount, the balance must be paid by Axis Bank Credit Card. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
If the order value is less than the amount of the EGV, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same EGV.
EGVs and their corresponding unused balance will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
EGVs cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit, but are transferable.
Flipkart.com/Qwikcilver Solutions are not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
You can combine and use a maximum of 15 vouchers per order. They can be combined with promotional codes.
Flipkart.com/Qwikcilver Solutions assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the EGVs and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
Validity of EGVs cannot be extended, new EGVs cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Qwikcilver Solutions/Flipkart.com retain the right to cancel the EGV issued.
There is no fee or other charges associated with EGV purchase.
EGVs cannot be reloaded or resold.
All Gift Cards issued after January 01, 2018 shall have a minimum validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of last loading / reloading of the Gift Card.
The Company shall, at all times, keep the passwords that are created by the Company or its customers/beneficiaries on the Website and the Gift Card Pin generated strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.
Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into the Flipkart Wallet/Flipkart User Account as a prerequisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. The loading of the Gift card onto the Flipkart Wallet/Flipkart Account shall constitute registration of the User
Flipkart shall honor and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.

The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
