To find your bought gift cards, simply click on the top right menu from the previous page and click on "My brand cards"

A diverse range of gift cards are available, including popular retailers, restaurants, and entertainment options. You can explore the available options by checking out a particular category and scrolling through the brands listed under it.

4. How do I check the balance of my gift card?
To check the remaining balance of your gift card, please check with the brand directly.

5. Is there an expiration date for the gift cards?
Yes, all gift cards have expiration dates. You can find this information on terms and conditions of a brand card before making a purchase. Post-purchase, you can find the exact expiry date from the “My brand cards” section.

6. Can I transfer a gift card to someone else?
While you can’t “transfer” a gift card to someone, you can share your generated gift card with someone. However please note that gift cards are like cash and once shared with someone, there’s no way to stop the person with the gift card details from spending the money on the gift card so please share with caution.

7. Are there any fees associated with using or generating gift cards?
There are no fees for generating gift cards here. Please note if you pay using debit or credit cards, there’s a small transaction charge that’s added to mitigate payment processing charges from our payment provider.

8. Can I get a refund for a purchased gift card?
Unfortunately, brands do not refund or cancel purchased gift cards. Please review your selection carefully before completing the purchase.

9. Are there restrictions on where I can use the gift cards?
Gift card usage restrictions vary by retailer. Check the terms and conditions of each gift card for information on where and how it can be used.

10. How do I redeem a gift card?
Different brands have different redemption processes. Please check the “How to use” section under the brand whose card you want to redeem and you will find detailed information regarding the redemption process.

We prioritize the security of your information. Gift Cards are generated automatically and shared only with you. Our platform also employs encryption and other industry-standard security measures to safeguard your gift card details and transactions.
